Guida Door & Window is an excellent company! I cannot say enough about them. I have no complaints at all. It was the first time I used them. I required having a steel door put on that goes out to my driveway. the installation went very well. They have excellent customer service and it was easy to set an appointment. The techs were very respectful, very thorough, and were on time. I would definitely recommend using them, and I will definitely use them again.

My experience with Guida was positive. I would not hesitate to use them again. I purchased front and back steel entry doors, front and back security doors, a steel entry door in the basement, a cellar door and finally, vinyl siding with insulation.

Matt, the sales representative explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had. He was very personable and I felt confident about choosing Guida.

When the siding installation was scheduled, the representative did not tell me to remove everything from the interior walls. As a result, a bowl fell from the bathroom shelf and broke the toilet tank lid. George, the site supervisor was able to order a replacement and the lid was replaced promptly. Of course, it would have been better if the scheduler told me to remove everything from the walls, but I am satisfied with the way this incident was handled.

The exterior cellar door installer was unable to install the cellar door as originally arranged. That appointment was scheduled for late afternoon and I was concerned there would not be enough daylight to finish the job. When he arrived and saw the extent of the work needed, he agreed. The installation was rescheduled and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

The entry doors and security doors were installed without incident. The job was completed within the promised time frame.

The siding installation team arrived promptly every day and completed their work with no issues.

I am very happy with the work Guida did on my home. Every person I dealt with was professional. For the most part, the work went smoothly. No job is completed without problems. I can say Guida handled these problems in a professional manner. Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use Guida in the future.

I knew the doors I liked but didni't know who had them until I found Guida online. We went to the showroom and saw the doors I wanted on display. Beautiful style and looked like real wood with the windows I wanted. High quality doors and frames, just what I wanted. Mike did a great job with the instillation and all went well.

It seems to me, that Guida is the best kept secret in the Philadelphia market. I was doing online product research on doors and quite by accident came across Guida. Since this was our third door replacement of the same door, I was exceptionally critical of product workmanship. Not being familiar with Guida, their products and services, we visited the Guida showroom on an informational visit and was so impressed overall, we placed an order. The sales personell were exemplary, the product quality was outstanding and ultimatly, the installation was done so professionally. I only wish I had found Guida earlier. Needless to say, Guida has earned a five star rating with us.

Please allow me to state the installation process of the door and windows was great. The door has changed the experience of leaving and coming. The look and feel makes the home feel real. Dito on the windows however the real test on sound and energy savings will be told to me from the kids when they come home from camp. Thank you again.

We started out with one door form Guida, and we really loved the way it worked out. It was better than any other we had seen, so we bought two more. The back door is a storm door, the front is a steel door, and the third one they installed was a second storm door in the front. These people are great. The came to do the installation, and they did what they said they were gonna do. I wouldn't say that they were the cheapest thing in the world, but you get what you pay for, and they were totally supreme. We got some windows from Guida next. We were just going to replace two windows, but after they showed us what they had, we replaced all eight of them. We have been exceptionally happy with the windows. They are good and tight! I'm not sure there is anything else I could buy from Guida. I can't buy anything else! If you need a door or window go to Guida and they'll take care of you.

I have recently purchased two doors from Guida Door & Window. Not both at the same time. I bought the first one there and was so happy and pleased with it so I went back for a second door. Trust me when I say that I would have never gone back for a second door if I was not happy with my first purchase. My husband and I had looked around at the big brand stores, but couldn't find anything we really liked. I had gotten a coupon for Guida and so we went there. From the moment we first walked in, it was a great experience. They were very pleasant and informative. I worked mostly with Ron, and he was extremely helpful. A decision for a front door can be surprisingly overwhelming! He was able to guide me to the correct style and color. I was so happy that he even helped me to step out of my comfort zone when he suggested a mahogany color with nickel hardware, I probably would have gone for something much safer like a wood grain. But let me tell you, I went for it and I think it's gorgeous! We get so many compliments on it and people make such a fuss over our front door now! I love it! When we went back for a second door, we went in with one style in mind. We found a beautiful door with a half moon at the top of the door, so it still lets in light, but you have the privacy too. Plus, it has a window that opens up in the middle of it, which I love! Guida was great to work with. Everyone there was so helpful and really put up with me, since I kept going back before making my mind up. I also would like to say that the fellow who installed our first door also installed our second door and he was just so nice and did a really wonderful job and he cleaned up after himself. When my husband came home, it was like the installer had never been here, even the driveway was clean! My husband and I are both so happy and very pleased with our two doors. We love them! I'm constantly telling people about Guida Door & Window, especially if they compliment our doors! I'd definitely go back again!

I do a lot of shopping on the internet and often search local vendors. Needing a replacement sliding door, I found a few companies to call for a quote. Never having heard of Guida Door, and even though I checked them out from on-line reviews, I thought I was taking some risk, but I set up an appointment for them to come out, show me the product line and give me a price. Turned out to be a great decision! The salesman was knowledgeable and took his time to explain the product Guida offered. It turned out that Guida was one of the only companies that had the exact type of door we were looking for.
The installer was a craftsman, taking his time to make sure the installation of the new door was perfect. Working with Guida was an unusual experience. Everything went right! I would recommend Guida Door for anyone shopping for a top of the line product at a fair price.

I got new windows from Guida. I went to them initially 20 years ago for a storm door and I received wonderful service at the time so I went right back to them. I loved the windows, I loved the service, and they cleaned up so darn well you can hardly tell they were there! It was absolutely wonderful!

I think Guida Door & Window was very good. I went over my ideas with them, told them what I wanted, and they were very personal and individual in their response. In other words, they really thought about what I wanted, and they really helped me get the best product. They were very timely in doing things, though it did take awhile for the doors to arrive because they were custom. I wish that could have been faster, but I think they're excellent because they are very personal. For example, when I walk into the store over there, they know me by name, and that is very important to me.

First of all, Guida is the flagship of windows and doors in my opinion. I had another door and window chain come out and install some products on my house. The doors started to deteriorate. Then the guy that came from Guida made the observations, down to the last detail, and fixed it. He actually gave me a whole new set of doors that actually changed the quality of me and my family's lives. They were just very attentive and actually saved me a lot of headache, so I'm very happy their products, period.

Salesperson came out explained everything about the quality and showed samples. I also went to the showroom where Ron Jr. showed me around and explained more to me. Every time I e-mailed Ron to ask a question his response was within hrs. Since this is an old house I throught they would have problems with the install 2 hrs and it was done! My daughter stood out front and looked at the door for 5 mins when she stopped by. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. the salesperson Matt was terrific, Ron Lomanico Jr. negotiated a great deal. The installer was professional and clean. We had the doors and storm doors installed last winter and love them as much today as we did the day they were installed.

Guida Door & Window were excellent. I thought they were very professional. The gentleman who talked about the company and the work they do was very skilled. He really knew what he was doing, and his presentation was first-rate. I liked what we heard from them. The showroom was clean, and they showed us a lot of demonstrations of different types of doors. It was very helpful. Prices were akin to the other choices out there. For the quality and service, we thought Guida Door & Window was worthwhile.

We had four window companies give us estimates, and Guida's product and presentation was the best for us. We had ten windows and a sliding door replaced. We already had low/contractor grade windows and they were leaking. This was a mid-grade price with top line product. The installers were very polite and got the job done quickly. We also had damage to our window sills and they were able to repair them as well. I would recommend Guida windows to anyone, we will be using them in the future to replace our front door.
