What should I expect during my in-home consultation?
You can expect our sales consultant to measure and assess your current doors or windows, and advise on the best options to replace them to address your needs. They are then trained to provide customers with information regarding what to expect when dealing with our company, while also present the features and benefits of our products with a sample demonstration. Finally, our representative will then assist in making selections and provide accurate and up-front pricing. We train our consultants to treat you with respect, without any high pressure sales tactics similarly used by the competition.
What is the benefit of visiting Guida’s showroom location?
Initially, it is recommended to schedule an in-home consultation so that we may properly assess your job specifications and provide accurate pricing. Although our sales reps provide samples and literature for you to review during the in-home consultation, sometimes visiting the showroom afterwards is beneficial in helping make final selections, while also really getting a good sense of what the difference is between our products and the competition.

Does Guida offer financing?

Does Guida manufacture all of the products they sell?
Guida is a unique company because when it comes to entry doors, you're dealing directly with the factory. We manufacturer our very own line of quality Insulated Steel & Fiberglass Entry Doors at our local facilty in Boothwyn, PA. Although we don't manufacture the remainder of our products, we do supply them through our partnerships with exclusive, high quality manufacturers that have the same reputation for excellence as Guida.
How quickly will my new products be installed once I place an order?
Please keep in mind that all of the products we offer are custom made-to-order. Therefore, depending on the scope of the project, every order has its own unique timeframe for completion. Our average job can take up to approximately 8-10 weeks to be installed, with some exceptions due to availability and special order options. Speak to one of our consultants for details.
What should I expect from my installation?
An expert installation is every bit important as the quality product you receive. At Guida, we want you to feel rest assured that our factory-trained installers are of the highest caliber in workmanship and attention to detail. We hire only the best installers around and expect them to be courteous, clean, and most importantly to treat you and your home with the respect you deserve. In most occasions, installations are completed in a few hours to less than a day with little to no disturbance on your daily life.
