Matthew is the epitome of dedication and hard work. He has grown over the years with our company as a result of never backing down from a challenge, and always being willing to go above-and-beyond to service our customers.

During Matthew's time at our company, he has always been willing to help other team members learn and succeed by taking his own personal time to share his knowledge and experience. He has a very genuine and honest approach towards his dealings with his coworkers and our customers, which is exactly what we look for in an employee.

I enjoy working at Guida because... I am proud to work for a family-owned company with an outstanding reputation. Everyone that works at Guida feels like their part of the family, and I like to think that our customers do too.

In my free time, I like to... Follow all of the Philadelphia sports teams. Hopefully, I will get to see the Eagles win a Super Bowl soon enough! I also enjoy spending my free time with my family.
